We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to support end-to-end project lifecycle activities. The role involves coordinating project tasks, ensuring timely delivery, managing risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Assist in creating project charters, scope documents, and defining clear objectives and deliverables.
• Manage project components including resources, timelines, risks, and change requests using structured processes.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, schedule, and cost expectations.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them independently with accountability.
• Follow established standards and policies while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Align project activities with business goals and organizational priorities.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to enhance collaboration and project outcomes.
• Identify and analyze project risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Resolve routine project challenges using standard methodologies and team collaboration.
• Contribute to problem-solving discussions to address complex project scenarios.
• Use project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps) to track milestones, dependencies, and progress.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs and resolve blockers.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business teams.
• Support vendor coordination, communication, and contract tracking.
• Assist in resolving team conflicts and clarifying roles and responsibilities.
Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and coordination
• Knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps/ADO)
• Basic understanding of resource planning, risk management, and change management
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of business processes and ability to align projects with organizational goals
