Resumen del Rol: 

Buscamos Product Owner integral, con visión de punta a punta del producto, capaces de conectar los objetivos del negocio con las soluciones técnicas. Será responsable desde la definición de las iniciativas hasta su puesta en producción y seguimiento post-lanzamiento. Trabajara de forma transversal con todas las áreas involucradas para asegurar que cada entrega genere valor real al cliente.

Responsabilidades: 

• Liderar la definición de iniciativas desde una perspectiva de cliente y una experiencia centrada en el cliente.
• Gestionar el backlog, priorizar funcionalidades y coordinar con equipos de desarrollo.
• Identificar y remover bloqueos que afecten la entrega de valor. 
• Participar activamente en ceremonias ágiles.
• Hacer seguimiento post-producción para asegurar el impacto esperado.

Requisitos: 

• Experiencia como Product Owner o roles similares.
• Excelente capacidad de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
• Mentalidad proactiva y orientada a resultados.
• Disposición para aprender sobre aspectos técnicos del producto.
• Experiencia previa en iniciativas centradas en el cliente
