Our fast-growing eCommerce startup builds and scales physical product brands that customers love. We manage multiple high-performing brands across global markets, from early-stage launches to established revenue generators.
We’re now looking for a Product Owner to take full ownership of two brands:
- One developed brand - already generating strong revenue and ready to scale further
- One emerging brand - still in early development, where your mission will be to guide it toward profitability and scale.
You’ll begin by leveraging shared company resources: performance, creative, CRO, retention, and operations teams, and progressively build your own dedicated team as the brands expand.

Main Responsibilities:
• Own the P&L for both an established and an emerging physical product brand
• Define and manage the brand growth plan, aligning Operations, Marketing and Customer Service teams toward shared commercial goals
• Lead strategic initiatives and experiments - optimizing funnels, pricing, offers, and business models
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service to deliver improvements across the full customer journey
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure all offers are efficiently monetized and aligned with company objectives
• Leverage behavioral and analytics insights to identify impactful opportunities and guide data-driven decisions
• Continuously test and validate business ideas, evaluating hypotheses and identifying scalable strategies
• Build your own team as the brands grow and scale.
Core Requirements:
• 2+ years in performance-driven eCommerce, digital advertising, or product ownership roles
• Strategic thinking: ability to connect product, pricing, and user experience directly to revenue growth
• Technical proficiency: comfortable using Shopify, analytics tools, and A/B testing platforms
• Analytical mindset: skilled at interpreting data, understanding funnel dynamics, and translating insights into actionable strategy
• Financial understanding: solid grasp of P&L management and optimization levers
• Efficiency: able to manage multiple initiatives while prioritizing those with the highest commercial impact
• Collaboration: excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments
• Ownership: proactive, accountable, and hands-on - you take full responsibility for business outcomes, not just project delivery.
Salary Range:
• Gross Salary: 4500-5500 EUR/month (Negotiable based on experience and results)
