Your Mission:
Own the end-to-end delivery of Adsquare's measurement data products — from backlog to production — ensuring operational excellence, seamless partner integrations, and reliable data product quality at scale.
Your Profile:
• 3–5 years in a PO or Technical PM role, ideally in AdTech, MarTech, or data-heavy ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with DSP integrations, data feeds, or programmatic infrastructure
• Operationally rigorous — you think in SLOs and match rates, not just features shipped
• Confident in external technical conversations: data structures, identity resolution, match methodology
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, API documentation, and SQL (enough to debug and validate independently)
• A servant leader who creates clarity, protects team focus, and surfaces tensions rather than resolving them quietly
• Based in Europe
What you will do:
Squad Delivery
• Own and maintain the Measurement Squad's backlog and roadmap in close collaboration with the Lead PM for Measurement & Attribution
• Translate strategy into clear, testable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
• Manage priorities, scope, and trade-offs to deliver on time
• Coordinate releases of new schemas, APIs, integrations, and delivery modes
• Surface positioning, packaging, or roadmap tensions proactively
Partner Integrations & External Technical Collaboration
• Act as the primary PO counterpart to partner technical teams — DSPs, social platforms, and activation endpoints
• Co-own integration specs, schema contracts, and change management with our Technical Account Management team
• Represent Adsquare credibly in external technical conversations on data structure, identity, match methodology, and delivery
• Support the Lead PM on new monetisation channels through feasibility input and integration scoping
Operational Excellence & Data Product Reliability
• Ensure measurement data products meet standards of quality, privacy, reliability, and scalability
• Define, own, and report on operational KPIs: freshness, SLA adherence, completeness, match rate, MTTD, MTTR, uptime
• Establish SLIs, SLOs, and escalation paths in partnership with engineering and TAM teams
