In this role, you will help our customers to achieve just that. You will work with them to develop new ways for teams to make a real impact thanks to smart tools and AI. Become part of our team in Stuttgart, Spain, Cologne, Berlin and Lisbon.

WHAT YOU DO

• You develop smart solutions - by analyzing customer needs and translating them into clear requirements.

• You bring AI to where it makes sense - in HR, sales, communication and product development.

• You accompany organizations on their way to modern collaboration - with Workspace as the basis and Gemini as the catalyst.

• You design transformation projects with heart and brain - agile, customer-centric, effective. You manage international projects, plan the roadmap for AI-supported transformation, structure complex project issues, develop priorities and support migration and rollout.

• You make technology accessible - with use cases, workshops, training and genuine enthusiasm to support customers in the introduction of Google Workspace and Gemini. You engage in proactive stakeholder management and communicate with customers and internal teams on an ongoing basis.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have a deep interest in how people work - and how they can work better.

• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• You are structured, empathetic and enjoy working in a team.

• You have a degree in one of the STEM subjects, business informatics or a comparable course of study and/or several years of professional experience in IT or transformation projects using agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) - ideally with Google Workspace or similar platforms.

• You speak very good English and German.
