Job Description
Job Description:
At Myra, we develop and operate a certified Security-as-a-Service platform designed to protect digital business processes. Our technology monitors, analyzes, and filters malicious internet traffic before cyberattacks can cause actual damage.
The Product Owner (m/f/d) Customer Experience is not a typical PO role. While Core Product squads build and ship features, you own the experience of using all of them. You are the closest person in the product organization to how customers actually perceive quality — and your job is to make sure that perception is excellent.
Your Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end customer journey across the Myra platform — identifying and resolving experience gaps between products before they reach the customer
• Define and enforce UX consistency standards across all squads, working directly with UX/UI designers and Product Owners
• Own the cross-product UX audit process and translate findings into prioritized Outcome Briefs for the relevant squads
• Represent the customer experience in each squad's quarterly planning — bringing signal, findings, and priorities into roadmap conversations
• Track platform quality from the customer's perspective and act on feedback, support trends, and usability friction
... what success looks like in 6 months:
• A clear experience standard is in place and actively used by all squads
• The first cross-product UX audit is complete, with top findings in squad backlogs
• Customer feedback and usage data systematically inform product decisions across all squads
• The platform feels like one product, not a collection of separate applications
Your Qualifications:
• Customer experience product ownership — you have owned CX as a product, turning qualitative signals and usage data into a coherent strategy and prioritized decisions across multiple teams
• UX and design literacy — you hold your own in conversations about interaction patterns, navigation design, and visual consistency without needing to be a designer
• B2B SaaS platform experience — you understand enterprise admin interfaces, multi-product navigation, and what good looks like for technical users
• Cross-functional influence — you have owned a product domain that required you to drive outcomes across teams you did not control
• AI fluency — you use AI to synthesize feedback, draft outcome briefs, and prioritize the most critical experience gaps
• English is a must, German a plus
