WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As a Product Owner, you play an important role in meeting JYSK’s strategic target and ensuring that your team works well together and delivers high quality work on time.

Your main responsibility will be to:

• Own and prioritise the Team Backlog to maximise business value
• Lead and develop Business Solution Specialists toward strong performance
• Set and communicate a clear team‑level product vision and roadmap
• Translate strategy and stakeholder needs into actionable User Stories
• Ensure delivery readiness and quality through timely decisions and clarifications
• Work closely with the IT Delivery Lead to secure predictable delivery
• Drive refinement sessions to ensure shared understanding and alignment
• Engage stakeholders and support smooth adoption of changes

You will be part of the Logistics ART. Consequently, you will contribute to the ongoing development of the logistics function at JYSK with a “customers’ first choice” mentality.

Your primary base will be in our Distribution Centre in Uldum, with the flexibility to work from our Head Office in Brabrand when needed. As the position is international, 20-40 travel days a year is expected.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

Besides successful and relevant logistics experience in Product Ownership or a Product related role, we are looking for ambition and exceptional leadership skills. If you bring dedication, you will meet possibilities.

You also need to align with JYSK Values; Tradesman, Colleague and Corporate Spirit and Leadership; Leader, Coach and Communicator. The ambition to work with people and ensure their development to develop even better teams is crucial.

In addition, you will be described by the below mentioned characteristics:

• The drive to deliver outstanding results and continually strive to raise the bar on both quality, efficiency and performance
• The ability to translate strategy and business needs into structured, actionable development work
• A strong understanding of end-to-end product, process, and system flows within Logistics, including business solutions supporting logistics operations 
• The ability to balance value, cost, risk, effort, and technical considerations in prioritisation decisions 
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Skilled in structured communication, expectation setting, transparent decision making, and use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro 
• Great English skills
