The Position
A product owner for a hybrid SaaS offering in a B2B industrial data analytics platform is responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and success of commercial products within the platform.
They are in charge of executing the strategy together with the development and design teams, ensuring that the product meets customer requirements while aligning with the company’s business goals. This involves guiding the agile/scrum team through the product development lifecycle, setting clear goals and priorities, creating user stories and deliverables and coordinating with the agile teams to ensure they have the right product input and priorities clear, and product management to ensure alignment to the long term business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

Create and maintain a product backlog prioritizing features based on the roadmap created together with the other support of the product team.
Monitor key performance indicators to assess the success of the roadmap execution
Coordinate with the software engineering, architecture team and data team, ensuring successful execution of the product roadmap.
Collaborate with the design team from ideation to wireframe/mock-up creation ensuring successful execution of the roadmap
Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on product development plans and progress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the organization.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Working also with Product Operations to ensure the plans are updated with the
Supporting Customer engagements with Customers success and design teams.

Requisitos

Knowledge

Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
Knowledge of Hybrid-SaaS cloud engineering requirements
Understanding of product management frameworks and best practices.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Being able to support trade-off analysis that balances engineering with product management objectives.

Team leadership: Inspire and guide cross-functional teams to successfully achieve product development objectives.
Effective communication: Clearly convey ideas, gather feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive product success.
Advanced level of English proficiency.

Experience

Previous experience in product owner roles (at least 1-2 years), preferably within a B2B SaaS industry.
Demonstrated success in leading and delivering software development projects from conception to launch.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
Familiarity with industrial data analytics or related fields is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading software development projects.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Desirable qualifications include certifications in product management, renewable energy knowledge and experience in B2B sales or customer relationship management.
