Position
Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the company’s fiat on-ramp products, covering deposits/withdrawals, card issuance, and trading pairs. Ensures compliance, stability, scalability, and drives global business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1.Strategy & Product Management
Define the overall strategy and long-term roadmap for fiat on-ramp products, covering deposits/withdrawals, card issuance, and trading pairs.
Manage the full product lifecycle from planning and execution to iterative optimization, ensuring business growth and enhanced user experience.
2.Cross-Border Payments & Compliance
Integrate with banks, payment gateways, and wallet services.
Collaborate with legal/compliance teams to design and implement KYC/AML mechanisms, ensuring regulatory compliance.
3.Infrastructure & Capability Building
Build and optimize core capabilities such as user center, card management, channel routing, and refund center.
Enhance platform reusability, scalability, and stability.
4.Data-Driven Optimization
Track key metrics (conversion rate, settlement success rate, complaint rate) to drive continuous iteration and improvement.
Analyze user behavior and propose innovative strategies and product enhancements.
4.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, risk control, operations, customer service, and marketing teams to deliver complete product solutions.
Develop localized fiat on-ramp strategies tailored to different countries and regions.
Requirements
1.Experience
7+ years of experience in payments, cross-border remittance, or fintech product management; experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency is a plus.
Knowledge of FX management and hedging mechanisms, with prior experience in FX position management product design.
Familiar with global payment operations and local compliance requirements; prior experience in exchanges or internet payment integration preferred.
Strong understanding of credit card payments (authorization, clearing, refund), open banking, and PSP integration processes.
2.Education & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields preferred.
International perspective; fluent in English, able to liaise with global payment partners.
3.Personal Competencies
Strong learning ability and self-motivation; capable of planning long-term product roadmaps and driving iteration.
Resilient under pressure, able to manage multi-threaded tasks.
