Product Owner - UniView Team

Full-time Position, Hybrid (3 days at the office per week)
Compensation: Salary plus benefits

At Kaseya, our world class Product Owners drive the successful delivery of a product, or a portion of a large product. We ensure Product Owners align with the overall company strategy and are the “go to experts” for domain knowledge and competitive environments for our product. They drive the scrum process and collaborate with Product Managers, R&D and other internal and external stakeholders to define and prioritize new functionality and rapidly respond to the changing needs of the market and our customers.

As a Kaseya PO, you’ll work closely with Kaseya leadership, development, and customers to build the best and most innovative products for Small and Medium-sized Businesses and Managed Service Providers.

Responsibilities

• Drive the software development for Kaseya UniView, the SaaS-based centralized management platform for backup and recovery solutions.

• Prioritize R&D work to enhance unified monitoring, alerting, and workflow integrations across hybrid environments.

• Work with Product Managers to build the near-term product roadmap (and strategy) as well as the long-term product vision for UniView's backup management capabilities.

• Closely collaborate with dependent product teams (e.g., backup/DR solutions) to ensure seamless integrations and alignment.

• Drive operational success of UniView by optimizing centralized dashboards, SSO, and multi-tenant capabilities.

• Own the cross-functional delivery and release process and lifecycle from discovery through testing, release, and maintenance.

• Collaborate with UX designers to create wireframes, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria; run the agile product development process (does not create wireframes independently).

• Engage deeply and frequently with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders so you can act as the most empathetic, most knowledgeable advocate for our customers.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with backup management platforms and unified monitoring architecture.

• 2-5 years of experience in Product Owner / Management.

• Expertise in Agile Development methodologies (including Scrum and Jira).

• Experience with SaaS-based management portals, on-premises/cloud backup integrations, and observability tools.

• BS Degree in Business or Technical field.

Relevant Experience

• Cloud Infrastructure & Management: Compute, networking, storage, security, and observability expertise.

• Public Cloud Architecture: Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, VMware on AWS, etc.

• SaaS & Integration Platforms: SSO solutions, platform integrations, API-driven workflows.

• Backup Management & Unified Platforms: Backup alerting, multi-tenant portals, centralized management tools.
