About the Role
As a Product Owner – Internal Tools, you will have full ownership of the company’s internal systems landscape. You will be responsible for defining, structuring, and scaling the internal tool ecosystem across HubSpot, internal admin systems, and Jira-driven product workflows. This role sits at the core of the company’s transition from startup to structured corporate setup. You will redesign and implement internal processes from the ground up: defining CRM logic, funnel architecture, system handovers, and cross-functional workflows. You will not focus on external client features. Instead, you will build the operational backbone that enables Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and Product to work seamlessly together. This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems, understands CRM mechanics deeply, and can translate abstract process thinking into structured, technical implementation.
Responsibilities:
Own the entire Internal Tools product area including HubSpot ecosystem, internal admin tools, and workflow integrations.
Design scalable CRM funnel architectures including lifecycle stages, automations, reporting logic, and handover processes.
Translate business and operational requirements into detailed product specifications for Engineering and Design teams.
Ensure clean system integrations and structured internal user journeys across tools.
Act as the central owner of internal tooling decisions with minimal onboarding and high autonomy.
Continuously challenge existing workflows and improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
Drive stakeholder alignment across IT, Product, CRM, and Leadership.
Define and structure cross-functional process flows.
Redefine and implement the internal admin structure as the company scales to corporate environment.
Your knowledge areas and experience:
3–5 years of Product experience with clear ownership responsibility.
Proven experience building or owning internal tools and process-driven systems.
Experience working in Jira-driven product environments.
Highly technical, systems-oriented mindset with strong abstract thinking capabilities.
FinTech or digital assets exposure is beneficial but not required.
Strong ability to articulate system architecture decisions and challenge operational thinking constructively.
Independent, structured, performance-driven, and comfortable operating with high ownership in a remote setup.
Fluent in English
Experience in scale-up environments or companies transitioning from startup to structured processes is a strong plus.
Strong stakeholder management experience in complex internal setups.
Deep understanding of CRM logic, funnel mechanics, and operational workflows.
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot at admin/ecosystem level (not only user level).
