Gesucht wird ein Product Owner mit Schwerpunkt Business Intelligence (gn) für den Ausbau einer modernen BI-Landschaft, treibst Reportinglösungen und Dashboards voran, gestaltest die Produktstrategie und arbeitest eng mit internen Partnern zusammen. Arbeitsort & Flexibilität
Du hast die Möglichkeit hybrid und hochgradig remote zu arbeiten (40-60% remote) sowie am modernen Standort in Hamburg. Regelmäßige Meetings mit den Peers und Teams sind wöchentlich vor Ort vorgesehen.

Deine Aufgaben:
• Weiterentwicklung einer cloudbasierten Data-Analytics-Plattform (z. B. Microsoft Fabric, Power BI)

• Aufbau und Bereitstellung von Dashboards sowie Self-Service-Reportinglösungen zur Unterstützung der Unternehmenssteuerung

• Steuerung der Produktentwicklung sowie Definition und Kommunikation von Vision und Roadmap in Abstimmung mit der Gesamtstrategie

• Enges Stakeholder-Management mit Fokus auf Anforderungsaufnahme und Verbesserung der User Experience

• Konzeption und Durchführung von BI-Schulungen für Key User und Anwender

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines BI-Teams

Dein Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Data Science oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer Führungsfunktion

• Kenntnisse in Data Warehousing und BI-Reporting

• Vorteilhaft: praktische Erfahrung im Cloud-Umfeld (Azure, Fabric, AWS oder vergleichbar)

• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative sowie die Fähigkeit, andere zu motivieren

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
