✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
Proven expertise as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in AI, technology, or insurance sectors
Strong understanding of AI technologies, data integration, and business processes
Experience in AI/digital product portfolio management within complex organizations
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Expertise with Agile/SAFe methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban)
English environment mandatory; French or Spanish nice to have
Background in AI, software development, or digital transformation preferred
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Collaborate with the Business Innovation department to define and communicate AI solutions vision and strategy
Identify AI assets to scale, prioritize feature development, and manage the backlog
Work with architects, engineers, QA teams, and business units to ensure smooth development, deployment, and adoption
Ensure AI solutions meet quality, compliance, and integration standards
Track metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions and optimize product features
Facilitate cross-department collaboration and stakeholder alignment
Contribute to long-term vision of the GenAI Center of Expertise and identify opportunities to scale AI solutions
Oversee creation of product and technical documentation, roadmaps, and content for AI platforms
