Hacksaw Studios is a Stockholm-based game studio focused on creating innovative, high-quality gaming experiences. With a focus on performance and precision, we bring ideas to life through technical expertise and creative collaboration. We have wide distribution, and our games are played by millions of people every month by players all over the world.
We are currently looking for a Product Owner who will be the creative force behind our games. You will be a central part of our development team, working closely with designers, developers and project managers. We have multiple games in development at all times and are now looking for someone who can lead the creative process and ensure that every game becomes unique.
The Role
Your key responsibilities include:
Owning the end-to-end creative development of multiple games, from concept to launch.
Collaborating with visual and audio teams to define the look, pacing, and feel of each game.
Designing and refining unique game mechanics, animations, and sound integration.
Working with developers to ensure the creative vision is technically achievable and polished.
Balancing creative ambition with delivery timelines.
Staying up to date with industry trends and player preferences.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Product Owner in game development.
Strong understanding of game feel, including animation, timing, audio, and overall player experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills in creative environments.
Attention for details, you know when something looks or sounds off.
Nice-to-have:
Experience in the regulated real-money gaming industry
Familiarity with game engines and production pipeline.
Experience in the gaming industry.
A personal interest in gaming or iGaming.
