Are you ready to join the forefront of technology as a Product Owner for Agile SW Product Development teams, in Netcompany?  

Joining us as a  Product Owner, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our  vibrant and highly skilled teams, working closely with Product Management stakeholders and acting as the vital link between agile development and our product objectives.

As a Product owner you will: 

• Define and prioritize user stories at the sprint level, ensuring thorough refinement and effective planning
• Manage the product backlog and coordinate refinement sessions while guiding the agile team in delivering valuable product increments using advanced technologies and agile-at-scale methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Interact with Software engineering teams, Chief Product Owners, and Product Managers to design, plan, and deliver functional product increments for complex public sector digitalization projects, while evaluating progress and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes
• Contribute to wireframe design
• Document domain details and requirements to maintain clarity and alignment throughout the stakeholders
• Facilitate customer sessions to present product features, clarify customer needs, and conduct stakeholder demos to gather feedback for future enhancements
• Collaborate with Software engineers and testers to ensure alignment and progress towards product milestones
• Facilitate collaboration between product teams, development teams, and business analysts to achieve shared goals

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field; a master degree is a plus
• 6+ years of experience as an a IT Business Analyst or Product Owner or Product Manager 
• Experience with large-scale software implementation projects, preferably in the public sector, taxation, or customs domains. Proven ability to collaborate within teams using various software development methodologies, including Agile delivery for product development
• Skilled in utilizing Jira and Confluence, along with Microsoft Office
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and their role in shaping product development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders while demonstrating strong leadership and team-influencing abilities
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving focus and commitment to continuous improvement
• Excellent organizational capabilities with attention to detail
• Fluency in the English language

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and business processes
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certifications (PSPO, PSM)
• Previous experience in Software development or Testing
• Familiarity with XML and JSON files
• Google Project Management certification or similar qualifications
