Family Governance is a digital infrastructure that helps wealthy families formalize and manage everything from family values and decision-making to succession planning and next-generation engagement. We bring structure, transparency and security to family wealth governance - preserving both financial assets and family legacy across generations.
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner to take full ownership of the Family Governance product where you will be the key link between business, users and engineering, shaping the product's direction. This role is for an experienced product professional who can manage a backlog, shape product vision, drive business outcomes and build processes in a growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision and roadmap, defend it to stakeholders and make independent decisions on priorities and trade-offs
Form and validate product hypotheses through data and research, driving key business metrics: retention, adoption, revenue
Manage the product backlog: write user stories with acceptance criteria, create product requirements, prioritize and refine features
Ensure delivery quality: define regression testing plans, sign off on releases and balance technical debt against feature development
Build a system for user feedback, conduct discovery (interviews, behavior analysis, competitive research) and translate insights into product decisions
Work with design, engineering, sales and customer success as a partner, not a client; be the single source of truth for the product across all teams
Build and improve product processes as the team grows, implement metrics and tools for data-driven decision making, and document key decisions to ensure transparency
What We Are Looking For
6+ years in product roles (Product Owner, Product Manager) in B2B SaaS, preferably FinTech or WealthTech
Experience owning a product or a significant part of it end-to-end
Track record of impacting business metrics
Exposure to wealth management, family offices or private banking
Strong command of product frameworks: prioritization, discovery, delivery
Strong analytical skills: ability to work with data, draw conclusions, build arguments
Understanding of technical architecture, ability to speak the same language as engineering
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Slack and analytics tools
Independence in decision-making and readiness to take responsibility
Ability to influence without authority - persuade, not push
Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and shifting priorities
Strong communication skills: from founder presentations to daily standups
English and Russian languages at working professional capacity
Bonus Points
Familiarity with family constitution and succession planning concepts
Experience building product processes from scratch or scaling a team
Use of AI tools in daily work (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
