Job Description

Develop product vision and make it successful

Observe, explore, discuss and analyze end user requirements for the product

Create, support and prioritize product backlog

Define criteria of product functionality readiness

Write specifications and accept implemented functionality

Communicate clearly on requirements and make sure requirements are understood by the team

Provide feedback to team members and development team

Ensure release planning is done with stakeholders

Track and measure progress by product

Coach developers and designers and provide detailed recommendations for product development

Support self-organization and team spirit in teams

Support continuous improvement within the team

Requirements:
Understanding of Agile methodology and role of Product Owner

Ability to synchronize different types of team activities, manage risks and relationships between teams within tasks (if necessary)

Have strong leadership qualities

Be able to make decisions in the face of uncertainty

Believe in culture of transparency and trust

Experience in one of the roles (project manager, analyst, architect, developer, UX in total - at least 4 years)

Experience as Product Owner with proven track record in product development (preferred)

Strong analytical skills
