As Product Owner – Delivery Services, you own the product vision, roadmap, and value maximization for customer‑facing and logistics‑critical delivery capabilities across Zooplus. Your role sits at the intersection of customer experience, logistics operations, and technology, ensuring that we provide the most innovative delivery services to our customers, tailored to local market expectations, so ordering pet supplies is more convenient than going to a local store.

Delivery Services mission

Our Delivery Services product is a key logistic orchestrator, making the link between the Checkout and Logistic universe by offering available delivery services based on customer cart selection and delivery location, based on best possible lead time and cost optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize end-to-end value materialization by driving delivery services initiatives such as Premium services (scheduled delivery, Next day delivery), Out of home or Estimated Delivery Date from idea to delivery, market rollout and impact tracking
• Own and maintain the product vision, roadmap and backlog, ensuring items are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with customer needs, logistic constraints and business goals
• Drive continuous product discovery by gathering input from Customers, Logistics Operations and Tech, analyzing data, and contributing to solution design & experimentations
• Align needs from multiple stakeholders (Delivery Experience Managers, Network Control Tower, FCs, Carriers, Tech) ensuring the right priority decisions are taken within your scope, balancing customer value, operational impact, and delivery effort
• Actively contribute to agile ceremonies and ways of working, supporting a collaborative and outcome‑focused team culture
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Analytics, Customer Insights and Operations to ensure feasible, high‑quality, and timely delivery of product features and increments

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as Product Owner, or similar product-focused role, ideally in customer-facing products, logistics or supply chain
• Strong taste in Product discovery and experimentation, with hands-on experience in hypothesis-driven development and A/B testing practices
• Solid understanding of agile product delivery practices, including backlog management, agile ceremonies, incremental delivery and cross-team dependencies
• Able to structure complex topics (e.g. delivery options, routing constraints, market differences) into clear, actionable product work
• Clear communicator with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities
• Data-aware and outcome oriented, using metrics and insights to continuously drive value materialization and challenge the status-quo
• Excellent communication skills in English
