The Product Owner is responsible for defining and managing the product backlog, ensuring the development team delivers products that maximize value for users and stakeholders within the FinTech domain. This role acts as the voice of the customer and collaborates closely with the development team and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

· Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to the development team and stakeholders.
· Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on user and business value.
· Refine user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the development team.
· Gather and analyze requirements from users and stakeholders.
· Participate actively in sprint planning and review meetings.
· Provide clarification and guidance to the development team during sprints.
· Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
What you will bring to the role:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a related role within a technology-driven environment. Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is essential. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
· Technical Skills:
o Solid understanding of software development processes.
o Familiarity with user-centered design principles.
o Basic knowledge of the relevant technology domain (e.g., AI, mobile development).
· Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to prioritize and make timely decisions.
o Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
o Good business acumen and understanding of user needs.
o Strong customer empathy and a focus on user value.
o Good command of English language, both verbal and written.
o Self-learner with a positive attitude.
