What You Will Do

We’re looking for a Product Owner/Business Analyst, experienced in business analytics and solution design. This role focuses on researching user needs, analysing product performance, and designing intuitive experiences that guide product strategy, roadmaps, and successful launches and support.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user and market research to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities.
Analyze product, user, and performance data to generate actionable insights.
Define and track KPIs related to usability, adoption, and product success.
Build prototypes, design user flows and intuitive UI/UX solutions.
Support customer requests, translate insights into actionable items.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering and stakeholders.
Drive end to end features implementation, enhancements and prioritization.
Create clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.
Support product roadmaps and contribute to design system consistency.

What You Will Bring

3–5+ years in product analysis, UX/UI design, product management, or hybrid roles.
Strong analytical skills with a user-centered design mindset.
Extensive experience working with AI tools, either coding, creating mockups or end-to-end products.
Familiarity working with the most popular LLMs such as: Gemini, Claud, ChatGPT, etc.
Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, product analytics platforms, and Excel.
Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with A/B testing and AI-powered design tools.
Ability to comprehend code and understanding of APIs.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Full mastery of the English language, both in writing and speaking.
