About the job
Sanofi is seeking a Workday Benefits Product Owner to join our dynamic Digital P&C / People Services team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing Benefit Plans in Workday for Sanofi. This position offers the opportunity to lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of Workday Benefits solutions, ensuring they align with Sanofi’s strategic objectives and deliver measurable business value. The role also includes support, providing technical documentation and enhancements, for Workday Benefits including Benefit Plans and Eligibility rules.
Main responsibilities:
• Design and configure Workday Benefits Solutions
• Lead system optimization initiatives to enhance user experience and business outcomes
• Collaborate with global and local R&P teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including UAT coordination
• Create actionable reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
• Serve as the go-to expert for compensation system functionality and best practices
• Stay current with Workday roadmap and assess impact on existing configurations
About you:
• 5+ years in HRIS technology, Benefits systems, or digital HR product management
• Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Benefits module
• Proven track record in complex, global matrix organizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with system integrations and data migration
• Background in change management and user adoption strategies
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience
