UAB “MN Technologijos” is IT Development Hub writing code for Mysterium Network. The mission is to make the internet blind to borders. Mysterium Network builds an open-source ecosystem of protocols, tools and infrastructure powered by a globally decentralized network of nodes, which empowers builders and users to access free information.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Defining product vision and backlog based on market research, client feedback and company’s overall strategy
• Completely owning your products, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth and maintenance
• Continuously learning from the industry, clients and competitors
• Working closely with the whole team to make sure priorities, tasks and other daily work is clear for them and results are delivered
• Communication with the Leadership team proposing and explaining possible solutions for the business objectives

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the Product Ownership, Project Management and / or Business Analysis
• Experience driving teams and management to decisions
• Ability to effectively break down barriers to maintain progress on initiatives
• Great communication skills and proven ability to work in a cross-functional team with engineers, designers, marketers and business stakeholders
• Demonstrate strategic thinking by using appropriate information to diagnose problems, identify possible solutions and collaborate with impacted groups to drive decisions

• Know-how of Networking, VPN or Data scraping products
• Team lead experience
• Blockchain knowledge and understanding
