About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner with 2-3 years of experience in product development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies and be capable of bridging the gap between stakeholders and the development team. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in defining and prioritizing backlog items to ensure we deliver valuable and high-quality products to our users.

Responsibilities

• Backlog Management: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business value, stakeholder input, and user needs.
• Story Writing: Create clear, detailed, and comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria that effectively communicate requirements to the development team.
• Sprint Planning: Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning to ensure a clear understanding of the product backlog items and priorities.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA resources to ensure that the product meets quality standards and acceptance criteria.
• User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing day-to-day communications, gathering requirements, and providing updates on progress.
• Product Vision Alignment: Ensure the development team understands and aligns with the product vision and strategic goals set by the Product Manager.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for product features, requirements, and processes.

Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in product ownership

Skills:

• A deep understanding of software development best practices and scrum principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear and actionable user stories
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle

Additional experience considered a plus:

• Product Analytics
• Experience with User Research
• Experience with Roll-outs, feature flags, split tests measurements
