Product Owner - Artificial Intelligence

As Product Owner for Artificial Intelligence within SWX Product Organization, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of your product by communicating the goals and maintaining the backlog. You will be collaborating closely with your Agile team and other product owners to ensure the platform supports the needs of all stakeholders. You are a key contributor to the product vision and roadmap. We are looking for a world class product leader and innovator to join our high-performing team to shape the future.

Mission : 

● Collaborate with stakeholders to develop functional objectives, epic user stories, logical architectures, and UX/UI concepts that meet the needs

● Prioritization of user story backlog to meet all stakeholder needs

● Ensures the product backlog is transparent, visible and understood

● Collaborates with the team to detail stories with acceptance criteria and examples in the form of acceptance tests

● Reviews and re-prioritizes the backlog in preparation for iteration planning

● Coordinates dependencies with other Product Owners within the Software Organization

● Builds relationships with key stakeholders and other influencers who contribute to the definition and ongoing support of the new delivery software platform

● Continuously researches industry developments, new market trends and understands how our products are performing with current customers

● Considers flexibility and scalability as core attributes of the platform

● Works cross functionally with other product areas within the Software Organization and across the enterprise

 

Compétences requises:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, computer, information technology or equivalent.
• Experience and understanding of software integrations with embedded software and hardware.
• Experience working with services-oriented architectures.
• Experience designing and developing software for mobile apps/desktop application or embedded systems (from HMI/UX to Coding)
• Experience in AI related topics (Generative AI, AI Applications, NN, ML, DL)
• Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team with designers, coders, integrators, and business teams.
• Strong relationship building skills including the ability to relate constructively to all levels of an organization.
• Strong listening, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical addressees.
• Desire to keep up on competitive connectivity solutions and technologies.
• Master of Science in Electrical, computer, information technology or equivalent or Product Design
• Experience in developing Neural Networks, Deep and Machine Learning models
• Experience in managing Artificial Intelligence related products
• Experience with Dialog UX and Voice Recognition
• Experience in HMI/UX Research and Development
• Experience working in a scaled Agile Environment
