We are seeking an experienced and strategic AI Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of innovative AI-powered solutions. This pivotal role drives the strategic direction and execution of AI/LLM-based applications, collaborating closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to translate complex needs into scalable, impactful products that push the boundaries of analytics and redefine financial investment.

Requirements:
Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for AI-powered solutions.
• Convert complex business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements for AI development teams.
• Manage the complete development lifecycle of AI applications, utilizing Python, REST APIs (FastAPI), and current MLOps methodologies.
• Lead the deployment of advanced LLM solutions, incorporating vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures with platforms such as OpenAI and Azure OpenAI.
• Work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure the scalable and reliable deployment of AI applications across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using containerization technologies like Docker.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor product outcomes, and drive ongoing enhancement through data-driven analysis.
• Build strong partnerships and collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams—including engineering, data science, and business—to guarantee product alignment, adoption, and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in AI/ML Product Ownership or Technical Product Management, particularly with AI/LLM-based technologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing AI applications using Python, designing REST APIs, integrating LLMs, working with vector databases, and implementing cloud-native deployment approaches.
• Practical experience with top LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) and designing modern AI architectures such as RAG.
• Proven leadership in guiding, mentoring, and coordinating small, high-performing technical teams.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities, with a successful track record of driving product achievement.
• Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools like MicroStrategy is a plus.
