Product Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Product Operations Specialist who will play a key role in coordinating product deliveries, store logistics, and operational processes across regions. If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a fast-moving retail environment — this role is for you.

Your responsibilities

Coordinate store deliveries and maintain smooth communication with logistics partners

Monitor returns, shipments, and documentation to ensure accuracy and timely processing

Track operational data and prepare performance reports

Identify delivery issues and improvement opportunities

Support new store openings and ensure operational readiness

Act as a key contact for stores and internal teams on operational matters

Our requirements

Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail

Advanced Excel skills

Very good command of English (minimum B2 level)

Ability to manage multiple processes at the same time

Analytical mindset and confidence working with reports and data

Clear communicator who can coordinate across teams and regions

Proactive, solution-oriented, and ownership-driven approach

Experience in retail operations, logistics, or supply chain is a plus
