That’s why we’re looking for a business-savvy, analytically-minded and excellence-focused Product Operations Manager to join our International Scalability team, which sits within our physical Product team.

The Job

From day one you’ll enable international coordination and implementation of strategic product priorities by creating, standardising and optimising processes across central and local physical product teams and other stakeholders. The role will require a mix of process improvement, change management, technical understanding, project management and stakeholder management skills. Not only will you be an ambassador of Product Operations Excellence, but also champion the value of process automation and optimization, to set a solid basis for growth.

What you’ll do

• Analyzing current processes: to identify opportunities for improvement, you will need to have a strong understanding of current processes in place within the physical product function and adjacent functions. This will involve conducting interviews, observing different Product teams, collaborating with other Operational teams (Procurement, FSQA, Production), and collecting and analysing data.

• Designing and implementing new processes: once you have identified areas for improvement, you will need to design and coordinate implementation ofnew processes. This can include developing process maps,writing procedure manuals and SOPs, and driving implementation.

Project/program management: you will support Tech teams in driving automation by organizing their projects from a Commercial perspective mediating between different stakeholders and ensuring the project’s success.

Who we are looking for

• 4+ years minimum experience in Product Operations or Operational/Process Excellence; passion for food or experience within Food/FMCG industry or consultancy is a plus

• Highly numerate and commercially minded, able to build business cases objectively and rigorously

• An organized and clear communicator with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously

• At home in a fast-paced, demanding, and data-driven environment

• A proven innovator with a can-do attitude and a track record of turning ideas into reality

• Passionate project coordinator, enjoying the stakeholder management side of work

• Bachelor/Master’s degree from a top-tier college or university, preferably in business, management, operations, or related fields. Six Sigma or PMP certifications are a big plus!
