Job Description
Join Tylko, Where Design Meets Technology
Founded in Warsaw, Poland, in 2015, Tylko is redefining how we design, shop for, and experience furniture. Frustrated by mass-produced, one-size-fits-all solutions, the team created something smarter: bespoke storage that balances cutting-edge technology, premium craftsmanship, and sustainable production.
With millimetre-perfect precision, every piece is made-to-order and crafted locally, minimising waste and maximising longevity. The result? A new standard in furniture – one that fits your space, your style, and your life.
Why It Matters
We’re not just building furniture. We’re changing how people think about living with it. By merging technology and design, we help people create spaces that truly reflect who they are. If you believe that good design can make everyday life better, you’ll feel right at home here.
How We Work
We believe in small teams, big ideas, and simple processes. No endless paperwork, no silos. Just open communication, shared goals, and a healthy dose of curiosity. We start small, think big, and move fast, because progress always beats perfection.
At Tylko, collaboration and trust aren’t buzzwords — they’re how we work. From day one, you’re part of a team that makes real decisions and brings them to life together. You’ll have the freedom to share ideas, turn them into action, and shape the space around you literally. Here, learning isn’t a bonus. It’s part of the job.
Product & Operations Controller
About the role
We’re looking for a Product & Operations Controller—a detail-oriented strategist who will become the financial backbone of our Product & Operations teams. As a natural extension of our Controlling Team strategy, your role is the vital next step in ensuring our financial perspective supports every corner of the business, from production to logistics.
This role is responsible for analyzing financial data, developing and maintaining financial models, and providing strategic insights to optimize costs and improve profitability across production, logistics, quality, and customer service. The main goal is to provide financial control over production costs, logistics expenses, quality issues, and help the business scale efficiently by ensuring the financial side of operations runs smoothly.
Your mission: to act as a dedicated finance business partner, bridging the gap between operational reality and financial excellence. You won't just be crunching numbers; you will be the co-pilot for our Product & Operations teams, providing the insights needed to navigate upcoming challenges and optimize our day-to-day performance. By following our proven partnership model, you will help shape a future where product & operational efficiency and financial health go hand in hand.
Once you join our team, you will be responsible for:
Strategy & Discovery
• Acting as a Finance Business Partner: collaborating closely with the Operations team to provide financial clarity and support strategic decision-making across all operational areas.
• Driving Cost Optimization: leading the charge on process improvement projects to identify savings and ensure our operations are as lean and effective as possible.
• Establishing Financial Standards: creating and monitoring standard pricing for production and logistics, ensuring our management reporting is grounded in accurate, real-world data.
Execution & Alignment
• Mastering Financial Modeling: analyzing complex data sets to create robust financial models that serve as a roadmap for the business’s next big moves.
• Bridging Insight and Action: monitoring expense trends and KPIs to provide ad hoc analyses and recommendations that keep us on track toward our goals.
• Managing Operational Assets: taking ownership of stock level tracking and organizing the annual inventory count to ensure total transparency in our physical holdings.
Culture & Hands-On Impact
• Supporting Commercial Integrity: assisting the business in negotiating new contracts and ensuring quality standards are met through the execution of penalties when necessary.
• Instilling Financial Discipline: tracking department overheads and fostering a culture where every team member understands their impact on the bottom line.
Why Tylko?

• One bonus day off every month (in addition to regular days off)
• Comprehensive healthcare
• Multisport card
• A generous discount on all Tylko products
• A dog-friendly office!
