负责面向医美机构的一站式线上运营服务平台的产品运营及推广，为客户活跃度、客户黏性等指标负责。

• 联动部门内以及跨部门的资源整合，包含线上线下品牌活动、跨部门内容宣发以及信息透传等，做好资源协调、节奏把控以及项目落地跟进；
• 负责线上平台产品运营，包括资源位管控、内容管理、活动管理、SOP梳理与执行等，与产品配合做好需求对接与落地工作；
• 负责小程序推广，联动互联网、新媒体等多方资源，设计创意新颖且符合业务策略方向的推广内容，找到精准的方式推广小程序，扩大平台声量，提升医美机构对平台的认知和了解；
• 深入了解医美行业和商家，充分挖掘客户需求，制定直播策略，做好直播话题、直播推广策划以及内部直播活动承接，打爆平台直播场域；
• 负责平台用户核心行为数据以及活动相关效果数据分析，并通过分析结论进行策略和方案的优化。

硬技能：

• 本科及以上学历
• 有过外资企业或药企工作经验、内外部大型项目、跨界合作以及资源整合相关工作经验者优先；
• 具备互联网产品运营、线上活动策划与产品推广相关经验
• 工作年限5年及以上

软技能：

• 以客户为中心，具备客户sense
• 积极主动，团队协作能力强，有良好的跨团队沟通以及协调能力
• 具备良好的逻辑能力、学习能力、执行力以及创新思维
• 具备处理复杂问题的能力
