Role summary

The Manager , Product Master Business Analyst plays a key role in the product led organization vision of LSEG, by making Product Master an Enterprise platform supporting Product Life cycle management for the organization

Operating as part of the Master Data Team, the role focuses  on making sure

• Existing products are restructured in the target product Structure
• Coordinated with downstream systems
• Continuously improve the product master data processes through Governance and data management

What you'll be doing:

• Drive the analysis and restructuring of existing products into the target Product Master data model, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide product taxonomy, standards, and strategic architecture.
• Collaborate with technology, product, and data engineering teams to ensure Product Master data is accurately integrated, mapped, and synchronized with downstream platforms such as billing, CRM, entitlement, and reporting systems.
• Refine and implement data governance frameworks, stewardship processes, and quality controls to maintain accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product master data across the enterprise.
• Act as a liaison between product, commercial, technology, operations, and finance teams—translating business needs into functional requirements and ensuring all partners adopt and adhere to the Product Master platform.
• Find opportunities for process optimization, automation, and platform enhancements based on analytics, data quality insights, and partner feedback; lead requirements gathering for future releases and improvements.

You'll bring:

• 5+ years of Strong expertise in Product Master Data Management (MDM), including product hierarchies, governance, and data quality practices.
• Advanced business analysis skills—requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, and documentation.
• Solid grasp of Lead to Cash process,  system integration, data flows, and how Product Master connects to downstream systems.
• Excellent partner management and communication skills across product, technology, finance, and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with attention to detail and continuous improvement attitude
• Oracle Product hub knowledge & Finance knowledge is an added advantage
