Your mission:
You will shape how Legartis is understood in the market and drive our growth:                  

• Develop GTM strategies for product launches, adoption, and growth.

• Create product positioning that emphasizes clear value propositions - and ensure everyone in the company understands the value behind our product.

• Produce polished customer-facing assets such as case studies, sales materials, and sales demos that make it easy for our team to win.

• Understand our market: target segments, buyer personas, and competitors — and help us convert findings into strategy.

• Coordinate across teams: you will be part of the Product department, but work closely with Marketing and customer-facing departments.

Your profile:
• 4+ years in marketing, growth, product marketing, or product management at a SaaS company. Creativity matters more than a traditional background.

• Proven strategist: demonstrated success creating and executing marketing strategies.

• Storyteller: you craft compelling materials about complex AI products for non-technical audiences.

• Clear communicator: exceptional written and verbal communication with a strong visual sensibility.

• Impact-driven:  comfortable with experimentation and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data.

• AI-savvy: crafty with AI tools and automations — you use them daily and keep exploring what's new.

• Fluent in English and German.

• Nice to have: previous experience in legal tech.

• You are warm, pragmatic, and naturally curious. You ask the right questions, communicate clearly, and have a bias toward action. You are a true team player who elevates the people around you.

Process:
Our process is built on respect and transparency:

• 30 min. interview with People Manager (cultural fit): Have a chat to get an understanding of Legartis and the role you are interested in. We in turn want to get to know you and your expectations of your next challenge.

• 15 min. interview with Head of Product (professional fit): Understand the professional requirements for this position better, as well as your future tasks and team setup. 

• 1h interview with Product-Marketing team (case study): To demonstrate your abilities, you have an in-depth interview with our product team. You showcase your abilities by presenting a real life use case in product marketing.

• Additional interviews: Meet the team you would be working with and take the opportunity to pose any remaining questions. One meeting will be in our Leipzig office to meet the team in person and get to know the work place.
