⭐ Mission
Join us as a Senior Product Marketing Manager in the Cards team to own and scale one of Qonto’s most strategic product lines. Cards represent a core revenue pillar at Qonto, and you will play a key role in shaping our positioning, driving large-scale Go-To-Market launches, and keeping Qonto ahead in a fast-moving and highly competitive landscape.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Senior Product Marketing Manager - Cards at Qonto, you will
• Lead the Go-To-Market strategy for our Cards products, managing high-impact launches.
• Drive product adoption and usage by building compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with our B2B customers across Europe.
• Act as a key partner to Product and Growth teams, ensuring that the Cards roadmap has the necessary visibility and budget to succeed.
• Manage strategic external relationships, specifically negotiating and collaborating with major partners to unlock new opportunities.
• Stay closely connected to market trends and customer expectations to continuously refine our Cards positioning and launches.

• Market Context: You’ll work on a mature yet constantly evolving product line at the heart of Qonto’s business, covering complex fintech topics such as payments, credit, and interchange.
• Ways of Working: You’ll operate in a highly cross-functional setup, with frequent touchpoints across Product, Growth, CRM, Sales, and Operations, and strong exposure at company level.
• Impact: Cards are a flagship product at Qonto—your work will directly influence products used by hundreds of thousands of SMEs and will be highly visible internally.
• Tools: We work with a modern stack including Slack, Notion (our knowledge base), and dedicated product marketing and analytics tools to move fast and stay aligned.
🤝 About your future manager
You will report to Marco, our Product Marketing Lead of the Payments and Financing team.
His path? With 12 years of experience, Marco has honed his expertise at major tech companies like Expedia and Deliveroo before joining Qonto over 3 years ago, where he now leads a team of four.
What he can bring to the team? Marco combines deep product marketing knowledge with a strong understanding of Qonto's ecosystem. Having grown internally from Senior PMM to Lead, he knows exactly what it takes to succeed and is dedicated to helping his team members develop their careers and reach their full potential.
🏅 About You
• Experience: You have solid experience in Product Marketing, ideally within the Fintech or payments industry, with a track record of launching B2C or B2B products at scale.
• Negotiation & Influence: You have strong soft skills and are comfortable negotiating with external partners (like card schemes) and influencing internal stakeholders without authority.
• Strategic Execution: You can manage complex projects from concept to launch, anticipating risks (e.g., legal, compliance) and ensuring alignment across multiple teams.
• Customer Centric: You excel at translating complex technical features (like credit mechanisms) into clear, benefit-driven messaging for customers.
• Languages: You speak fluent English and speaking another Qonto market language (French, German, Italian, or Spanish) is a plus.
