Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (AI-Enabled) to own and drive go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and campaign execution across the Creator platform.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, where you will take ownership of how our product is brought to market, from defining messaging to executing launches and driving adoption.
You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align on strategy, influence direction, and ensure our product resonates with the right audiences.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both thinking strategically and executing at a high level, with the opportunity to expand scope and leadership as the function grows.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Execution
Own the execution and continuous improvement of go-to-market strategies for new features and product releases
Define and refine product positioning and messaging aligned with target customer segments
Lead cross-functional coordination for product launches across Product, Sales, and Marketing
Drive alignment on how products are presented, packaged, and communicated to the market
Campaigns & Content Execution
Own and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives (email, content, social, etc.) to drive awareness and adoption
Develop and oversee creation of key marketing assets (case studies, product messaging, sales materials)
Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling customer value propositions
Sales Enablement
Partner closely with Sales to ensure messaging aligns with market needs and supports deal conversion
Own the development and evolution of sales enablement materials
Contribute to pipeline generation and revenue-driving initiatives through strong product positioning
Performance & Insights
Own tracking and analysis of campaign performance and product adoption metrics
Use data-driven insights to refine messaging, campaigns, and GTM approach
Monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation
AI-Driven Marketing Execution
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to:
Scale content creation and campaign execution
Enhance research, insights, and competitive analysis
Improve speed, quality, and efficiency of marketing workflows
Identify and implement new ways to integrate AI into marketing processes
Qualifications
Core Requirements
5+ years of experience in product marketing, SaaS marketing, or digital marketing
Experience owning or significantly contributing to go-to-market initiatives and product launches
Strong ability to develop product messaging and positioning
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign strategy
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives forward
AI Capability (Required)
Hands-on experience using AI tools to support marketing workflows
Demonstrated ability to improve improve output, efficiency, or experimentation using AI
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS or influencer marketing
Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics)

We offer a starting salary of $90,000 - $115,000 CAD
