Product Manager - Wix Services

We're on the hunt for a Senior PM who's also comfortable getting into the UX weeds. You'll own products end to end, from that first spark of an idea all the way to launch, leading R&D teams to ship work that users love and that moves the business forward.

You'll lead as a PM, setting strategy and driving the roadmap, while also jumping in hands on when it counts, sketching wireframes, shaping user flows, and partnering closely with engineering and design to bring the product to life

What You'll Do? 

• Own the full product lifecycle: market and user research, data and BI analysis, wireframing, scoping, KPI definition, and active involvement throughout development

• Lead an R&D group to deliver on time and at a high quality bar

• Apply strong UX/UI instincts to define workflows, sketch wireframes, and translate user needs into clear product experiences

• Drive a KPI-driven approach to product decisions

• Talk to users, partner with our Customer Care team, analyze product data, and run usability tests to continuously improve the product

• Build strong working relationships with PMs and teams across Wix, collaborating with top talent across disciplines to bring products to market

• Play a key role in roadmap planning, identifying strategic opportunities that drive both user and business success

• 5+ years of experience building B2C products at a fast-growing company or successful startup

• An ambitious, hands-on leader who's a fast learner and a strong communicator — someone who knows how to move mountains to get things done

• A track record of tackling hard problems and shipping high-quality solutions

• Strong visual and analytical thinking, with the ability to define workflows, sketch wireframes, and reason through user intent and business cases

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex ideas simply

• An innovative, curious mindset and a genuine interest in AI and emerging product practices

• Experience in product growth roles - advantage 

• Experience building AI products - advantage

• Experience building zero-to-one products or scaling early-stage products - advantage
