Product Manager – Wix Harmony

As a Product Manager, you will:

• Own end-to-end product strategy and execution from ideation to production and iteration

• Define and evolve the hybrid AI & manual creation experience

• Lead discovery processes, including market research, BI analysis, user interviews, and experimentation. 

• Work closely with AI teams to define intelligent behaviors, agent workflows, and system logic

• Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to bring impactful features to market

• Continuously analyze user behavior and feedback to refine and polish the product

• Play a central role in shaping the roadmap of Wix Harmony

A Product Manager with 4+ years of experience building data-driven, consumer-facing products ideally with experience in platforms, AI-driven systems, or complex user workflows.

You’re passionate about shaping product experiences in the age of AI. You think deeply about how automation and control coexist, and you know how to translate ambiguous opportunities into structured, scalable solutions.

You are:

• Highly analytical and comfortable working with data, experimentation, and user research

 

• Experienced in defining end-to-end product strategies and measurable KPIs

 

• Strong in user experience thinking, with the ability to design complex workflows

 

• Technically savvy, able to work closely with engineers on scalable infrastructures and AI-powered capabilities

 

• Curious, innovative, and not afraid to challenge assumptions

 

• Cross-organizational leadership and experience working with AI-powered products are strong advantages.

Wix Harmony combines natural-language creation (vibe coding) with full visual control, enabling users to seamlessly move between AI-assisted generation and hands-on drag-and-drop editing.

We’re building a deeply integrated hybrid experience, not AI layered on top of an existing product, but a platform designed from the ground up to harmonize automation and human creativity.

We work closely with Engineering, UX, AI research, Data, Content Design, and Marketing to create a new standard for online creation empowering millions of users to build faster, smarter, and with complete control.
