Product Manager (Web3, Social Launchpad)

Our client is a leading crypto/ web3 company in Dubai. They are hiring a Product Manager to drive the execution of core product initiatives, reporting to the CMO and CTO. This role ensures seamless translation of product strategy into actionable timelines, high-quality delivery, and alignment across internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Translate product vision into clear timelines, manage delivery across five major products, and maintain a live roadmap with weekly updates.

• Drive day-to-day execution, align deliverables with internal teams and vendors, ensure QA coverage, and oversee launch readiness.

• Maintain consistent UX standards, review flows, flag issues early, and collaborate with consultants to refine user experiences.

• Provide visibility through live trackers, run team check-ins, and deliver weekly status updates to CMO and CTO.

• Deliver product walkthroughs, create internal documentation, and support go-to-market clarity with the CMO.

Requirements

• 5+ years of exeprience in product management or operations experience in a fast-paced tech/fintech/crypto environment.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.

• Ability to translate vision into actionable timelines with a strong UX sensibility and quality control standards.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills, comfortable managing multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
