a) Product Manager - Robo Trading

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager (PM) to lead the creation of our internal Robo Trading tools for our digital platform in a greenfield project. As the Product Manager for Robo Trading, you will play a crucial role in developing our trading tools that autonomously react to client requests and market movements utilizing cost-effective burst computations with the capacity to handle millions of trades in minutes. You will work alongside a highly motivated team of software engineers, product managers and quant developers implementing change in the financial industry. With your team, you will build the entire value chain around our Robo - Trading Conditions  & Trade Execution - from scratch.

Your Impact

• Product Innovation: As a Product Manager for Scalable’s Digital Wealth Management offering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping best-in-class, market-leading product initiatives that delight both our retail clients and B2B partners. 
• Collaborate with engineering teams and a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative solutions that effectively address the needs of the financial landscape.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with client needs and company goals.
• End-to-End Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the product development process from discovery to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions that solve challenging problems.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Engage and coordinate efforts with internal teams and regulatory bodies to facilitate seamless integration and compliance with capital market standards.
• Resource Management: Effectively manage resources, create detailed timelines, and monitor dependencies across multiple teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead integrations with other Scalable Capital services, ensuring that all product offerings are cohesive and enhance the overall client experience.
• Agile Methodologies: Utilize agile methodologies to drive product development, facilitating regular ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team syncs to enhance collaboration and transparency.
• Market Analysis & Competitor Insights: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends.

 

b) Product Manager - B2B Partnership

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager (PM) to lead our Wealth B2B partnership ecosystem. In this role you are the strategic connection between our external B2B partners and our internal product organization. You don’t just manage a relationship; you manage multiple renowned customer facing products. You will be the person in charge of our B2B partnerships, ensuring that our platform’s capabilities align perfectly with the joint commercial goals.

Your Impact

• Master of Alignment: You are the single point of truth for our B2B partners. You translate complex business requirements into clear product logic and ensure our internal teams are rowing in the same direction.
• Orchestration & Leverage: While you won't lead a direct engineering squad, you will have significant influence. You will navigate our internal organization to secure space on backlogs and ensure partner-critical features are delivered at the right quality in the right time.
• Technical Translator: You possess the technical fluency to dive into schemas and documentation. You can sit with engineers to understand a technical bottleneck and then pivot to a business meeting to explain the timeline impact.
• Strategic Roadmap Management: You will synchronize the roadmaps of multiple external partners with our internal development cycles, identifying dependencies and risks long before they become blockers.
• Leading Without Hierarchy: You are a master of "soft power." You lead through data, business justification, and expert communication, earning the respect of internal Product Managers and Engineers alike.
• Market Analysis & Competitor Insights: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends.

 

• Passion for technology, finance and digital products
• Experience in product management ideally in the capital markets or banking domains
• Experience in building highly scalable & reliable cloud-native, microservice-based technology platforms
• Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
• Utmost attention to detail and a culture of excellence
• Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted towards your audience - software engineer, stakeholder or executive
• A great understanding of and focus on customer problems and needs
• Hands-on mentality: from ideation and research to prototype and user story, you can handle it
• Experience with common agile working tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma and similar applications
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
