Who will succeed in this role
We are currently collaborating with a fast-growing, UK-based, AI-powered biometric identity verification company operating at the intersection of AI, security, and digital identity, and we are looking for Product Managers to join this journey.
You will join a team working on advanced biometric products, collaborating closely with Engineering and Machine Learning teams to shape product experience and innovation. This is a role with high autonomy and ambiguity, where your ability to navigate complexity and drive clarity will be key.
We are hiring across two complementary tracks:
• One focused on elevating user experience and usability
• One focused on experimentation, innovation, and bringing new ideas to market
In both cases, your mission will be to translate customer pain points into usable, scalable, and impactful product solutions.
Requirements:
• Own product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to delivery and commercialization
• Work closely with customers to understand technical, security, and usability needs
• Translate insights into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps
• Collaborate with Engineering and Machine Learning teams to explore, prototype, and productionize solutions
• Drive data-backed product decisions and continuous improvement
• Conduct customer and user interviews to validate problems and solutions
• Champion intuitive, inclusive, and high-quality product experiences
• Operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high autonomy
Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a B2B environment
• Strong understanding of mobile and/or web technologies
• Experience in user-centric product design and usability optimization
• Exposure to machine learning or AI-driven products is a strong plus
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and implement data-driven improvements
• Experience conducting customer/user research and interviews
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in scale-up or high-growth environments
• Strong drive to own outcomes and make a tangible impact
