Operating within a multi-squad Agile environment, the Product Manager partners closely with Engineering, UX, and Product Leadership to shape priorities, guide delivery, and ensure alignment with long-term product strategy. This is a high-impact role focused on balancing short-term delivery with long-term product health, scalability, and market fit.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer interviews, stakeholder sessions, and market research to identify opportunities.
• Develop and test product hypotheses using data and user feedback.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap definition.
• Define success metrics and measure product outcomes post-release.
• Own and maintain the Commerce Engine product backlog.
• Translate roadmap initiatives into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize work across new features, enhancements, and technical initiatives.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and release coordination.
• Ensure solutions are aligned to validated customer needs and business outcomes.
• Balance feature delivery with platform stability and long-term sustainability.
• Partner with Engineering on effort sizing, trade-offs, and release planning.
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and UX to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Act as the voice of the customer in product decisions.
• Align with Product Leadership on roadmap priorities and strategic direction.
• Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and integrated releases.
• Support discovery sessions and solution validation discussions.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clearly defined, execution-ready work.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field highly preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Product Manager (or Product Owner with strong discovery responsibilities) in Agile SaaS environments.
• Experience working within multi-team or scaled Agile delivery models.
• Experience delivering integration-heavy, API-driven platforms.
• Background in enterprise software or complex workflow-based systems.
• Experience supporting live production platforms with high reliability standards.
• Strong product thinking with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Experience with product discovery (customer interviews, problem validation, hypothesis testing).
• Excellent prioritization and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong backlog management and requirements definition.
• Clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Experience in ecommerce, retail technology, MarTech, or promotional systems preferred
• Familiarity with automation, workflow tooling, or print/digital production systems preferred
• Experience in platform modernization or enterprise system migration initiatives preferred
• Familiarity with AI-augmented development environments and workflows preferred

• Unlimited PTO after 90-days of employment
• 10 paid holidays
• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision
• 401k with employer matching (after 1 year of service)
• Referral bonus for bringing great talent to the organization
• A savings discount plan on entertainment, hotel stays, travel, shopping, and more!
