The Role:
We're seeking a Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy for H Company's AI Platform. This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and real-world user needs. You'll own the lifecycle of products from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering, design, research, and go-to-market teams to build AI-powered solutions that users love.
As a PM on our platform team, you'll:

• Define the vision and roadmap for enterprise AI tools that enable customers to build, evaluate, and operate AI systems reliably and at scale

• Partner with research and engineering teams to translate AI capabilities into tangible product features

• Drive growth metrics across acquisition, activation, and monetization

• Champion user needs through data-driven decision-making and qualitative insights

• Navigate ambiguity and rapidly evolving technical landscapes

What You Will Do:
Define the Future

• Set product vision and strategy for AI platform capabilities

• Identify market opportunities and user pain points through research and analysis

• Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into clear product requirements

• Balance innovation with practical business needs

Build & Ship

• Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation through launch

• Write clear product specifications and user stories

• Work closely with engineering and design to build high-quality features

• Champion the user with strong partnership with design and user research teams

• Iterate rapidly based on feedback and data

Scale & Execute

• Partner with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategy

• Align stakeholders across the organization

• Prioritize ruthlessly with a dynamic, data-informed roadmap

• Define and track KPIs that measure product success

• Balance rapid iteration with AI safety and ethical considerations

Required Qualifications:

• Product Management: 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fast-paced, competitive, and ambiguous environments

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, or ML-driven products. You understand technical trade-offs and can partner effectively with engineering teams

• User Obsession: Relentless focus on solving real user problems, backed by both quantitative data and qualitative insights

• Cross-functional Influence: Proven ability to align and inspire engineering, design, and go-to-market teams without direct authority

• Problem-solving: Ability to balance big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving. Comfortable crafting roadmaps and diving into metrics

• Communication: Crisp, persuasive storytelling for executives, teams, and users (docs, decks, whiteboard sessions)

• Adaptability: Thrive in high-velocity, dynamic settings where priorities shift quickly

• Collaboration: Low ego + high EQ. You build trust and drive decisions through clarity, not hierarchy

• Autonomy: Self-directed with a bias for action. You can navigate unknowns and own outcomes end-to-end

Preferred Qualifications:

• Growth Mindset: Deep familiarity with product-led growth strategies (viral loops, onboarding optimization, monetization)

• Builder's Mindset: Founder or early-stage PM experience where you've turned 0→1 ideas into products users love

• Technical Depth: Ability to prototype, hack, or dive into code when needed (even if not a core responsibility)

• API/Platform Experience: Experience building developer-facing products or APIs

• AI Safety Knowledge: Understanding of AI safety, trust & safety, or responsible AI principles
