Product Manager

Job Duties: Responsible for defining product roadmap, feature requirements, scope, and supervision of delivery. Making decisions on a granular level for product functionalities, overall usability, and user experience. Managing product refinement and capturing detailed description or requirements, behavior and known limitations in MicroStrategy’s system of records. Describing ideas, jobs to be done (JTBD), main functionalities, expected use cases specifying user personas, and delivery must-haves. Appointing expected delivery date and define needed product documentation. Regularly engaging in cross-departmental collaboration to help define the final products and making decisions about processes during implementation and delivery. Responsible for what should be presented to stakeholders, and final predelivery decisions. Responsible for product documentation and promotion videos preparation for each of the products under her supervision. Collaborating with the education team to review material and product workshops, both internal and external. Conducting customer meetings for product discussions, roadmap presentations and feedback gathering. Collaborating with senior team members and executives with respect to the critical functions managed, facilitating priority conversations that consider the bigger picture of the platform, while receiving only general supervision. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Strategy, Inc’s Tysons Corner, VA office is required.

Minimum Requirements: Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

Workflows (2 years);               (4) MicroStrategy Data Analytics (2 years); (5) Python; (6) Roadmap development; (7) Market Analysis; (8) Product Development; (9) Cross-departmental collaboration; (10) User Experience (UX) Design; (12) MicroStrategy project schema modelling (3 years); (13) MDX (2 years); and (14) MicroStrategy Hierarchical Reporting (2 years). Salary: $126,464.00 - $142,500.00 per annum.
