👩🏽‍💻 The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager & Studio Lead to take ownership of the Calculator and Travel Studio, running our largest and most widely used apps. The app is mature and highly scaled, offering a unique challenge: how to drive meaningful product led growth, user experience improvements, and performance optimization at scale.

This role combines strategic product leadership and hands-on execution. You will operate as a Studio Lead, partnering closely with Growth, Engineering and Design to define strategy, prioritize work, and deliver measurable outcomes.

🚀 What you'll Do

1. Own the Product Strategy & Roadmap

Translate the 12 month, 2026 strategy for Calculator and Travel Studio into quarterly roadmaps. Define the 2027 strategy later this year.

Identify and execute high-impact optimization opportunities in UX, performance, while supporting monetization, onboarding, and retention.

Balance longer-term bets with operational improvements and platform updates.

2. Drive User-Centered Product Decisions

Lead user research, concept validation, and ongoing refinement based on insights.

Use qualitative and quantitative inputs to validate ideas before investing development resources.

Translate insights into clear hypotheses, experiments, and improvements.

3. Lead the Studio

Together with the Growth Manager, Principle Developer operates and acts as the trio of Studio Leads, driving alignment, accountability, and delivery for both studios.

Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design and Growth.

Run the studio operating rhythm: planning, reviews, standups, retros, and reporting.

Communicate progress, insights, and tradeoffs clearly to leadership.

4. Optimize for Growth & Monetization

Partner with Growth teams to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Support structured experiments on pricing, paywalls, subscription flows, and UX improvements.

Understand and manage the metrics that matter for a top-charting utility app. 

5. Execute With Excellence 

Own backlog management, scoping, prioritization, and delivery quality.

Ensure the studio maintains a predictable release cadence.

Work closely with engineering to manage tech debt, platform changes, iOS requirements, and performance improvements. 

6. Hands-On Product Engineering With AI

Work closely with engineers using modern AI tool (Cursor) to:

Prototype concepts

Draft or refine specifications

Speed up iteration and reduce engineering overhead

🔎 What we’re looking for:

Must-Have Skills & Experience

4+ years experience as a Product Manager for a mobile app or high-scale consumer product.

Proven success managing mature products where improvements come from optimization rather than brand-new features.

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to set direction and drive clarity.

Experience working closely with engineers; able to use AI tools to prototype or validate ideas.

Strong analytical skills, comfortable using data for decision-making.

Experience running experiments (A/B tests), optimizing funnels, and iterating on UX.

Excellent communicator with cross-functional leadership experience.

High sense of ownership, accountability, and independence.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with subscription models, monetization, or growth.

Familiarity with Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted engineering tools.

Background in utility apps.

Experience in very high-scale or top-ranked mobile apps.
