As the Product Manager, Sports and Olympics, you will define, guide, and deliver compelling experiences across the TVEverywhere (TVE) product portfolio. You will be evaluating and prioritizing a wide range of stakeholder requests, translating them into high-impact product outcomes. As part of the TVE Product team, you will partner closely with product design, engineering, marketing, and programming to solve complex problems and identify effective ways to drive business value. You must have a demonstrated ability to balance real‑time Games operations with technical efforts, resulting in efficient solutions to business needs
What You’ll Do:
• Lead a cross-functional agile development team to develop and integrate NBC Sports and Olympic feature capabilities across various platforms, including web, IOS, Android
• Deliver bugs and new features from the product roadmap and tech debt backlog.
• Write, prioritize, and accept product user stories.
• Communicate clearly and often with team members, leadership, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage senior stakeholders through the entire product lifecycle: from definition to go/no-go decision.
• Partner with Data Science to develop clear and actionable insights from the metrics gathered through various systems.
• Define and track product KPI’s.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver new features within a matrixed organization.
• Maintain relationships with external platform partners and technology vendors.
• Keep on top of industry trends, technologies, and techniques.
• 3+ years of product management experience developing and managing multiple products at scale, delivering excellent customer experience with measurable business impact.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel preferred.
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and AirTable/Smartsheet.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience working in product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, or similar, preferred.
• Strong experience with and understanding of browser platforms and web consumption behaviors.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-starting.
• Experience leveraging AI tools preferred.
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 + bonus and long-term incentive eligible
