The Opportunity
The Product Manager - SinglePoint Application Platform owns the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the application layer of the SinglePoint knowledge management platform, including integrations with external applications, agents, and ecosystems. This role ensures that AI-powered intelligence and content capabilities are delivered through intuitive, scalable, and enterprise-ready user experiences, supported by robust product analytics and CRM integrations that enable insight into adoption, value realization, and customer outcomes. The Product Manager is accountable for how customers interact with, configure, and derive value from AI-enabled functionality, while ensuring governance, observability, and operational excellence.
This role is accountable for how intelligence is delivered and experienced. Ownership is exercised through product strategy, prioritization, and acceptance criteria, in partnership with Technical Leads who own system design and implementation
What You'll Do
Application & Platform Ownership
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the SinglePoint application and platform capabilities
Define platform features that enable customers to consume, configure, and operationalize content and intelligence
Ensure the application supports enterprise-scale performance, reliability, and usability
External Integrations & Application Ecosystem
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for integrations between SinglePoint and external applications, platforms, and agents
Define supported use cases, access patterns, and customer value for integrations (e.g., conversational agents, embedded workflows, API-driven access)
Define requirements for authentication, authorization, permissions, and governance for all integrations
Partner with Engineering to ensure integrations meet standards for security, performance, scalability, and reliability
Coordinate with Content Product Managers to define what intelligence, content, and AI capabilities are exposed through integrations
Ensure integrations are clearly positioned, documented, enabled, and supported for Sales and Customer Success
Make go / no-go decisions for integration readiness, availability, and deprecation
AI Enablement & Governance
Own platform-level requirements for AI-enabled features, including configuration, controls, transparency, and auditability
Ensure AI-driven functionality is observable, explainable, and manageable within the application
Define requirements for user trust, permissions, and enterprise governance related to AI usage
Customer Experience & Workflow Design
Define user workflows that surface AI-powered insights in actionable, intuitive ways
Balance flexibility and simplicity in delivering advanced intelligence to enterprise users
Partner with customers, Sales, and Customer Success to validate workflows and prioritize improvements
Ensure analytics and CRM-driven insights are surfaced in ways that support customer-facing and internal workflows
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Translate customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into application-level roadmaps
Coordinate dependencies between application features and content/AI capabilities
Drive prioritization decisions that balance innovation, stability, and scalability
Product Analytics & CRM Integration
Own product-level analytics strategy for the SinglePoint platform, including definition of key metrics for adoption, engagement, and value realization
Partner with Engineering and Product Operations to ensure instrumentation is accurate, consistent, and scalable
Define requirements for dashboards and reporting used by Product, Sales, and Customer Success
Own the product requirements for integrations between SinglePoint and Salesforce, including data flows that support account visibility, usage insights, and customer lifecycle workflows
Ensure analytics and CRM integrations respect data governance, permissions, and enterprise customer expectations
Cross-Functional Delivery
Partner with Engineering, Product Operations, UX, and Content PMs to deliver high-quality releases
Manage Agile planning, backlog prioritization, and release readiness
Ensure consistent communication of priorities, tradeoffs, and delivery status
Metrics & Performance
Define and track KPIs related to adoption, engagement, retention, and customer value
Use data to inform roadmap adjustments and continuous improvement
Use product analytics and CRM data to inform roadmap decisions, prioritization, and post-launch evaluation
Product Marketing & Enablement
Partner with Marketing to support product positioning, launches, and enablement
Support Sales and Customer Success with platform-level product knowledge and customer engagement
Accomplishes objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, coaching, counseling, disciplining, and training staff and developing personal growth opportunities.
Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning, and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining manuals, and implementing new procedures.
Controls expenses by gathering and submitting budget information, scheduling expenditures, monitoring variances, and implementing corrective actions.
Provides quality service by enforcing quality and service standards.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience. At least 3 years scrum master experience in software as a service.
Strong application and platform product ownership
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
Experience delivering enterprise SaaS platforms with complex capabilities
Strong customer empathy and workflow-oriented thinking
Analytical mindset and comfort using metrics to drive decisions
Clear communicator across technical, business, and customer-facing teams
Experience defining and using product analytics (e.g. Pendo) to guide product decisions
Familiarity with CRM-integrated product workflows (e.g., Salesforce) in enterprise SaaS environments
Ability to translate analytics and customer data into actionable insights
Experience owning application integrations or platform ecosystems in enterprise SaaS environments
Strong judgment around customer exposure, data access, and governance in integrated systems
Work authorization requirements
