At AppLovin, we are establishing a new R&D center dedicated to incubating groundbreaking products and developing the company's next growth engines. Leveraging AppLovin's world-class technological capabilities and extensive resources, we are building a lean, agile team to explore and build innovative businesses from the ground up.

A Day in the Life

As a core Product Manager in this R&D center, you will drive the end-to-end development of new products from concept to launch:

• Define product strategy and roadmap, leading the 0-to-1 incubation of new ventures

• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality features at speed

• Utilize user research and data analysis to continuously optimize user experience and core product flows

• Stay ahead of industry trends and identify breakthrough opportunities through market intelligence

The Impact You’ll Make

• Own the product vision and execution plan for new business initiatives

• Drive daily collaboration with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners

• Translate user insights and data into compelling product improvements

• Build and refine key product mechanisms to support sustainable growth

Who You Are

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer-facing mobile products

• Strong user-centric mindset with solid analytical skills; proficiency in SQL or analytics tools is a plus

• Excellent project management and communication skills; able to lead in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

• Passionate about building products from scratch; experience in 0-to-1 environments is highly valued

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) preferred
