Product Manager | Senior | Mobile Experience

Main Responsibilities:
• Shape how nexos.ai's will be experienced on mobile. Explore how it creates value for B2B users

• Drive the full product lifecycle. From discovery and user research to shipping features and measuring impact. You own the outcome, not just the backlog

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable specs. Review technical proposals, challenge assumptions, and ensure we're building the right thing the right way

• Stay ahead of mobile & AI trends. Understand how B2B mobile experiences are evolving, especially in AI-native products. Bring insights and push the product forward

• Define what success looks like (engagement, retention, conversion) and use data to iterate fast

• Align with marketing, sales, engineering, and design to ensure mobile fits into the broader nexos.ai strategy

Core Requirements:
• Proven track record building B2B mobile experiences. You've shipped mobile products that real businesses use

• 5+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner or similar. You've led products from concept to launch and beyond. You know how to prioritize, ship, and iterate

• Hands-on experience with feature analysis, roadmapping, and working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments. Ideally in B2B SaaS

• You can understand technical trade-offs, ask the right questions, and communicate clearly with engineers. You don't need to code, but you need to speak their language

• You're pragmatic, fast, and outcome-focused

• You plan your work, remove blockers, and take responsibility for results. No hand-holding needed

Bonus Point For:
• Familiarity with LLMs, agentic systems, or AI-native UX patterns is a big plus

• Technical background

• Startup experience

Salary Range:
• Gross Salary 23 000 - 28 000 PLN/month
