Product Manager - Payments Onboarding

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Payments Onboarding and Account Management initiatives. This role is designed for a visionary who leverages AI to redefine product velocity - using advanced tools to automate high-scale processes and streamline the product lifecycle. You will own the strategy for global fintech flows, ensuring a seamless user experience while navigating the complexities of PII and legal compliance.

• AI-Driven Velocity: Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, data extraction, design prototyping, and code assistance to ship products faster.

• Scale through Automation: Architect and implement AI-driven automation to manage high-scale onboarding and account management workflows.

• Full Product Ownership: Lead the lifecycle from discovery and competitive analysis to technical specifications and global launch.

• Regulatory Navigation: Partner with Legal/Compliance to translate PII requirements and complex regulations into frictionless user journeys.

• Data-Led Strategy: Define product roadmaps and success metrics using quantitative insights and rapid A/B testing.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Risk teams to build secure, resilient, and scalable financial systems.

• UX Excellence: Drive the creation of intuitive, high-trust interfaces for sensitive financial interactions.

• 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in product management, specifically within fintech, payments, or highly regulated industries.

• AI-Native Workflow: Deep expertise in using AI tools (LLMs, data agents, etc.) to optimize your own productivity in research, coding, and design.

• Legal & PII Literacy: Strong experience handling sensitive user data and collaborating with legal teams on compliance-heavy products.

• Technical Proficiency: Ability to engage with engineers on system architecture and the technical implementation of AI automation.

• Analytical Rigor: Expert-level skills in data extraction and analysis to drive product decisions and validate hypotheses.

• Fintech Domain Expertise: Practical knowledge of KYC, AML, and global money movement constraints.

• Exceptional Communication: Ability to simplify complex technical or legal requirements for stakeholders and users alike.
