Product Manager (Payments Integrations)

Your mission

Lead and manage our Payment Institution system integrations with BACEN, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to optimize payment workflows, increase conversion rates, support business growth, and align technical delivery with strategic product and company objectives. Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve payment products and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration & Delivery

Lead integrations with SPB, SPI, and Nuclea settling accounts.
Drive and support integrations with third-party global suppliers under a PSP model.
Ensure seamless cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Operations.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize integration workflows to maximize reliability and reduce downtime or errors.
Guarantee high-quality delivery for all integration-related initiatives.
Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure technical and operational alignment with BACEN requirements and PI-related regulations.
Oversee compliance with security, regulatory, and industry standards for all integrations.
Work closely with Compliance and Legal teams to anticipate regulatory changes and risks.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
Manage suppliers end-to-end: evaluation, onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
Collaborate with Product leadership to translate commercial and strategic goals into integration roadmaps that support company OKRs.
Analysis & Reporting
Analyze market trends, competitor capabilities, and emerging technologies to strengthen our payment products.
Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, performance metrics, risks, and required actions.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, conversion, and operational stability.

Your profile

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in Payments, PSP, or Fintech.
Strong knowledge of BACEN regulatory environment, PSTI, and payment infrastructure (SPB, SPI, Nuclea).
Proven experience with API design and integration in high-volume transactional systems.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to connect technical solutions with business outcomes.
Fluency in Portuguese is a must.
Professional working proficiency in English is REQUIRED, the position requires the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all formats.
