Product Manager - New Grad (Mobile Apps)

Our products fall under various categories such as Lifestyle, Productivity, and Utilities—they are downloaded, loved, and rated highly by 15M+ users worldwide. • Work on diverse apps leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies and unique user experiences.

• Immerse yourself in a culture of data analytics, utilizing advanced business intelligence platforms and developing in-house solutions.
• Gain hands-on experience in advanced tools such as native development kits, remote configurations, ETL pipelines, and cloud services.
• Master the art of understanding personas deeply and aligning with marketing strategies for precision.
• Learn to extract user stories, define acceptance criteria, and translate them into actionable development requirements.
• Contribute to a results-driven environment alongside a team of six experienced product managers.
• Develop cross-disciplinary skills in marketing, user analytics, and project management.
• Hone your skills in differentiating Outputs vs. Outcomes and prioritizing high-impact projects.

Requirements:
Experience:

• Proven ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and drive solutions in tech products.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Be a data fetishist—every decision should be backed by measurable insights.
• Turn assumptions into testable hypotheses and rely on A/B testing to validate outcomes.
• Analyze user behavior patterns and craft actionable insights.

Conversion Optimization:

• Conversion rate optimization should be second nature to you, with a track record of improving funnel performance.
• Maintain existing value streams by proactively addressing performance drops and user dissatisfaction.

Proactive and Strategic:

• Detect opportunities based on competitor benchmarks, social media trends, and disruptive technologies.
• Prioritize effectively among 20+ products across iOS, Android, and Web, always focusing on impact and feasibility.
• Be a self-starter who takes initiative without waiting for precise instructions.

Persona Alignment and User Stories:

• Build a deep understanding of personas by achieving perfect alignment with the marketing team.
• Extract and refine user stories to clarify the real problem or opportunity being tackled.
• Differentiate between Outputs (what is delivered) and Outcomes (value created for the user and business).

Acceptance Criteria and Development Requirements:

• Extract clear, actionable acceptance criteria from user stories to define success metrics.
• Translate acceptance criteria into detailed development requirements for design, client, and backend teams.
• Ensure the solution aligns with user needs and delivers measurable business impact.

Technical Fluency:

• Deep understanding of software development, database management, and data analytics.
• Familiarity with remote configurations, SQL, cloud services, and large language models (LLMs).
• Gain the respect of developers by articulating actionable technical requirements clearly.

Analytical and Mathematical Ability:

• Be comfortable with numbers and demonstrate strong mathematical skills to calculate impact, estimate monetary benefits, and analyze performance metrics.
• Ability to prioritize effectively by quantifying the potential impact of various projects.

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Mentor and lead less experienced product managers, ensuring their growth and alignment with team goals.
• Be a prioritization and constant shipment master, guiding the team in a fast-paced environment.

Clear Communication:

• Articulate complex ideas clearly and bridge the gap between what is intended and what is understood.
• Demonstrate bravery in problem-solving, approaching challenges with the mindset of “if it can be done, it will be done.”

KPI Mastery:

• Continuously improve key metrics, adapting to changes in user behavior and acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrate expertise in A/B testing for improving paywalls, flows, and other critical user interactions.
