Job Summary

GTreasury empowers CFOs and treasurers with the clarity to act — delivering connected, intelligent solutions for cash forecasting, liquidity management, payments, netting and risk. As our new Product Manager for Netting, you'll lead the strategic evolution of our intercompany netting solution, built on over 30 years of proven expertise. You'll shape how multinational organizations streamline cross-border settlements, reduce FX costs, and bring structure to complex intercompany transactions.

This is more than a roadmap role. We're seeking a strategic, hands-on product leader who understands treasury operations, thrives in complex workflows, and is eager to reimagine how intercompany netting should function in an API-first, AI-augmented, real-time world. You'll work with clients who net millions of invoices per year and save hundreds of thousands in FX and transaction expenses.

What You Will Do:

Define, own, and deliver the Netting solution vision and roadmap across FX, invoice matching, dispute resolution, multilateral settlement, and reconciliation workflows.

Drive product strategy across the solution and own the integration of digital asset support.

Champion solutions that reduce FX exposure, lower transaction costs, and improve cash flow visibility across global subsidiaries.

Act as the voice of the customer, translating complex intercompany settlement needs into intuitive, automated solutions.

Lead agile delivery with design and engineering teams across the US, Manila, and Europe, maintaining a clear and prioritized backlog.

Partner with go-to-market and customer success teams to drive adoption and demonstrate ROI.

Monitor regulatory and market trends affecting cross-border intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and netting center operations.

Define success metrics around reconciliation time, FX cost savings, dispute resolution speed, and implementation timelines.

Create internal and external enablement materials that showcase netting best practices and competitive advantages.

Skills & Requirements:

5+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS, fintech, treasury, or enterprise financial platforms.

Strong understanding of treasury operations, FX trading, intercompany accounting, or B2B payment workflows required.

Experience with bank and ERP integrations, API-based data exchange, and complex enterprise software ecosystems.

Familiarity with treasury, FX risk management, multilateral netting concepts, and reconciliation processes strongly preferred.

Proven ability to launch and scale products in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Agile development experience and comfort working with globally distributed teams.

High empathy for users paired with strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills — both written and verbal.

Ability to understand and articulate technical architecture while maintaining focus on business outcomes.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
